Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches and offer ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one-piece #FC20 cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and comes pre-filled with synthetic oil. Additionally, these reducers include tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox, which is finished with a special air-dry black paint. The product is backed by a 1-year warranty.
