Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches with ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. These units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and are compatible with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. They come pre-filled with synthetic oil and include a one-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, an anti-rust primer applied on the inside and outside of the gearbox, and air dry special black paint.
