Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches, with gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units are constructed with a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and offer NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. Each unit comes pre-filled with synthetic oil and includes a 1-year warranty. Key features comprise tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox, and an air-dry special black paint finish.
