Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and they come pre-filled with synthetic oil, backed by a 1-year warranty. Technical attributes include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, they are finished with a special air-dry black paint to enhance durability and performance.
