Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and offer ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and come with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. They are pre-filled with synthetic oil and include a 1-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, an air-dry special black paint is applied for enhanced durability.
