Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. Each unit features a one-piece #FC20 all-cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and comes pre-filled with synthetic oil. These reducers also include tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, they are finished with air-dry special black paint. The product is backed by a one-year warranty.
