Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances ranging from 1.33 to 3.25 inches and ratios from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a robust one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and are pre-filled with synthetic oil. They come with a 1-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals for enhanced protection, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, the reducers are coated with an air-dried special black paint, ensuring durability and resistance to environmental factors.
