Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches and offer ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. These units are constructed with a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing and feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. They come pre-filled with synthetic oil and are backed by a 1-year warranty. Key attributes include tapered roller bearings on both the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, the reducers are coated with a special black air-dry paint for enhanced durability.
