Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches and offer gear ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing along with NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs. Each reducer comes pre-filled with synthetic oil and is protected by a 1-year warranty. Key features include tapered roller bearings on both input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and an anti-rust primer applied inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, the reducers are finished with an air dry special black paint to enhance durability and performance.
