Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 - 3.25 inches with ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. These units feature a one piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and come pre-filled with synthetic oil. They are equipped with tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and have an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. The reducers are finished with air dry special black paint and include a 1 year warranty.
