Cast iron worm gear reducers are available in center distances of 1.33 to 3.25 inches with gear ratios ranging from 5:1 to 60:1. The units feature a one-piece #FC20 all cast iron housing, NEMA motor quill style input flanges or shaft inputs, and are pre-filled with synthetic oil. Each unit is equipped with tapered roller bearings on the input and output shafts, embedded double-lip oil seals, and is coated with an anti-rust primer applied both inside and outside of the gearbox. Additionally, these reducers are finished with an air dry special black paint and come with a 1-year warranty.
