The Import 3/4 in. lead-free brass union features a FNPT design and is rated for a pressure of 125 PSI, making it suitable for various applications. Brass fittings are primarily used for water in commercial plumbing and OEM applications, but they are also applicable in oil, gas, and steam environments. Red brass fittings can be utilized in low-pressure scenarios for water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.), with pressure ratings of 125 PSI for steam and 200 PSI for W.O.G. These fittings comply with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards, offering superior corrosion resistance when compared to yellow brass.
