The Domestic 3/4 in. x 1/2 in. lead-free brass bushing features MNPT x FNPT connections and is rated for 125 PSI. This brass fitting is primarily designed for water applications in commercial plumbing and OEM settings, but it is also suitable for oil, gas, and steam applications. Red brass fittings can be used in low-pressure applications for water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.), with pressure ratings of 125 PSI for steam and 200 PSI for W.O.G. Compliance with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 ensures its reliability. The bushing boasts superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, while its relative softness allows for easy installation and a tight seal.
