This vented plastic shelving system features ion-technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard™ finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, and wear, and are constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. The weldless design prevents liquid or dirt penetration, while the shelves are height adjustable in 4" increments without disassembly. The posts and bracing utilize a steel core with a smooth polypropylene exterior for durability. The kit includes a two-post setup and five vented shelves, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf, 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, and a maximum load of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. Adjustable leveling feet on the posts enhance stability, and the unit is easy to clean to maintain a HACCP-compliant hygienic workspace. This product is NSF listed and made in the USA, and it comes with a lifetime limited warranty. Additionally, all Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, and many accessories and add-on units are compatible only with their specific Camshelving line. Shelf plates can be easily removed for cleaning and placed through a dishwasher, while traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembly. The shared post design allows for seamless addition of units in a straight line without compromising space or carrying capacity, with compatibility for add-on units limited to the same series.
