This vented plastic shelving utilizes Ion-Technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard™ finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, and wearing out. Constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene, the shelving is dishwasher safe and features weldless construction that prevents liquid or dirt penetration. Shelves are height adjustable at 4" increments without disassembly, and the posts and bracing use a durable steel core with a smooth polypropylene exterior. The kit includes a two post kit and five vented shelves, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf, 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, and a maximum capacity of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. The posts come equipped with adjustable leveling feet and are easy to clean to maintain a HACCP compliant hygienic work area. Both the shelving and components are NSF listed and made in the USA, backed by a lifetime limited warranty. Furthermore, all Cambro Camshelving products are rust and corrosion proof for life, with shelf plates that can be easily lifted away for washing, while traverses and plates can be rearranged freely without disassembly. Add-on units are compatible only with their respective Camshelving series, allowing for efficient space utilization without compromising capacity.
