This vented plastic shelving utilizes Ion-Technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard™ finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, and wear. Constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene, the shelving is dishwasher safe and features weldless construction to prevent liquid or dirt penetration. Each shelf is height adjustable in 4" increments without needing to disassemble the unit. The posts and bracing consist of a steel core with a durable polypropylene exterior. The kit includes two posts and five vented shelves, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf, 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, and a maximum load of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. The posts are equipped with adjustable leveling feet, and the shelving is designed for easy cleaning to maintain a HACCP compliant hygienic work area. It is NSF listed and made in the USA, with a lifetime limited warranty. Additionally, all Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion-proof for life, and Cambro accessories and add-on units are specifically designed for the Camshelving line. Shelf plates can be easily lifted without disassembly and cleaned in a dishwasher, while traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling adjacent components. The shared post design allows for expansion without occupying additional space or diminishing carrying capacity. Add-on units are compatible only with Camshelving of the same series.
