This vented plastic shelving system incorporates ion-technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers within restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard™ finish, ensuring durability and resistance to scraping, washing, or wearing out. Constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene, the shelving is dishwasher safe and features weldless construction to prevent dirt or liquid penetration. The shelves are height adjustable at 4" increments without the need for disassembly. The posts and bracing utilize a steel core with a smooth polypropylene exterior for enhanced longevity. The kit includes two post kits and five vented shelves, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf and 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, allowing a maximum load of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. Posts are equipped with adjustable leveling feet, and the design facilitates easy cleaning to maintain a HACCP compliant hygienic work area. The product is NSF listed, made in the USA, and includes a lifetime limited warranty. Additionally, all Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, and while many Cambro accessories and all add-on units are designed specifically for their Camshelving line, shelf plates can be easily detached and cleaned in a dishwasher. The system allows for the rearrangement of traverses and plates without disassembly, and shared post design enables the addition of units without loss of space or carrying capacity. Add-on units must be compatible with Camshelving of the same series and are also NSF listed.
