This vented plastic shelving utilizes ion-technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard™ finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, and wearing out. Constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene, the shelving is dishwasher safe, featuring weldless construction that prevents liquid or dirt penetration. The shelves are height adjustable at 4" increments without disassembly, and the posts and bracing are made using a robust steel core with a smooth polypropylene exterior. The kit includes two post kits and five vented shelves, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf and 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, supporting a maximum of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. Adjustable leveling feet enhance stability, and the shelving system is designed for easy cleaning to maintain a HACCP compliant hygienic work area. Additionally, the product is NSF listed and made in the USA, with a lifetime limited warranty. Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, and many accessories and add-on units can only be used with their specific Camshelving line. Shelf plates can be easily lifted away for cleaning and can be run through a dishwasher, while traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling other components. The shared post design allows for the addition of units without wasting space or reducing carrying capacity in a straight line, with add-on units exclusively compatible with Camshelving of the same series.
