This vented plastic shelving utilizes ion-technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelving is reinforced with a Camguard finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, and wearing out. Constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene, the shelving is dishwasher safe and features weldless construction to prevent liquid or dirt penetration. The shelves are height adjustable at 4" increments without the need for disassembly. Posts and bracing consist of a durable steel core wrapped in smooth polypropylene. The kit includes one post kit and four vented shelves, with posts equipped with adjustable leveling feet. The weight capacity for corner units is 400 lb. (181.4 kg) per shelf and 1800 lb. (816.5 kg) per unit. The shelving is designed for easy cleaning to maintain HACCP compliant hygiene standards, and it is NSF listed. It also comes with a lifetime limited warranty, and all Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life. It should be noted that many Cambro accessories and all add-on units can only be used with their specific Camshelving line. The shelf plates can be removed for cleaning without disassembly and can be placed in a dishwasher. Traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling the adjacent components, and the shared post design allows units to be added without wasting space or reducing carrying capacity in a straight line. Add-on units can only be used with Camshelving from the same series. This product is made in the USA.
