This vented plastic shelving utilizes Ion-Technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it suitable for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, or wearing out. Constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene, the shelving is dishwasher safe and features weldless construction to prevent liquid or dirt penetration. The shelves are adjustable in height at 4" increments without disassembly, and the posts and bracing are made with a steel core and a smooth polypropylene exterior for durability. The kit includes one post kit and four vented shelves, with posts that feature adjustable leveling feet. The weight capacity for corner units is 400 lb. (181.4 kg) per shelf and 1800 lb. (816.5 kg) per unit. The system is easy to clean, maintaining an HACCP compliant hygienic work area, and is NSF listed. Additionally, all Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, with the ability to lift shelf plates away for cleaning without disassembly. Traverses and plates can be rearranged easily, and the shared post design allows for the addition of units without wasted space or reduced carrying capacity.
