This vented shelf kit features a weldless construction that prevents liquid or dirt penetration and utilizes Ion-Technology to inhibit the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria. The vented shelves promote maximum airflow around perishable products, making them ideal for food storage in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. It includes a CamGuard™ finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, and wear. The anti-bacterial shelving components are constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. The shelf height is adjustable in 4-inch increments, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) for shelves measuring 24-48 inches (61-122 cm) and 600 lbs (272 kg) for shelves measuring 54-72 inches (137-183 cm), allowing for a maximum total weight of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. The shelves can withstand temperatures from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C) and are NSF component listed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. The product is made in the USA and comes with a lifetime limited warranty. All Cambro CamShelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, and many Cambro accessories, as well as all add-on units, are designed for use with the specific CamShelving line. Shelf plates can be easily lifted away for cleaning without disassembly, and traverses and plates can be rearranged without dismantling surrounding components. The shared post design allows for seamless add-on units without wasting space or reducing carrying capacity, and all add-on units must be compatible with CamShelving of the same series.
