This vented plastic shelving utilizes ion-technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard™ finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, or wearing out, and are constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. The weldless construction ensures that liquid and dirt cannot penetrate the shelves, while the height-adjustable shelves can be adjusted at 4" increments without disassembly. The posts and bracing feature a steel core with a smooth polypropylene exterior, ensuring durability. The kit includes a two-post assembly and five vented shelves, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per shelf for 24-48" (61-122 cm) and 600 lbs (272 kg) for 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelves, allowing for a maximum total capacity of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. The posts are equipped with adjustable leveling feet, facilitating easy cleaning to maintain a HACCP compliant hygienic work area. The shelving is NSF listed and made in the USA, and it comes with a lifetime limited warranty. All Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, with shelf plates that can be easily removed for cleaning and reconfigured without disassembly. The shared post design allows for additional units to be added without consuming extra space or reducing carrying capacity, with add-on units being compatible only with Camshelving from the same series.
