This vented plastic shelving utilizes Ion-Technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard™ finish that resists scraping, washing off, and wearing out. Constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene, the shelving is dishwasher safe and features weldless construction that eliminates liquid or dirt penetration. The shelves are height adjustable in 4" increments without the need to disassemble the unit. The posts and bracing consist of a durable steel core with a smooth polypropylene exterior. The kit includes a two post kit and five vented shelves with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf and 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, with a maximum capacity of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. Each post is equipped with adjustable leveling feet, ensuring easy cleaning to maintain a HACCP compliant hygienic work area. The product is NSF listed and made in the USA, with a lifetime limited warranty. Additionally, all Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, and many Cambro accessories and all add-on units are compatible only with their specific Camshelving line. Shelf plates can be easily removed for cleaning and are dishwasher safe, while traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling the surrounding components. The shared post design allows for the addition of units in a straight line without wasting space or compromising carrying capacity, and add-on units are only compatible with Camshelving of the same series.
