This vented plastic shelving utilizes Ion-Technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard™ finish that resists scraping, washing, and wear. Constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene, the shelving is dishwasher safe and features a weldless construction that prevents liquid or dirt penetration. The height of the shelves is adjustable at 4" increments without requiring disassembly of the unit. Posts and bracing are made with a steel core and a smooth polypropylene exterior for durability. The kit includes a two post setup and five vented shelves, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf and 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, allowing for a maximum of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. Posts also include adjustable leveling feet for stability, and the shelving is easy to clean to maintain a HACCP compliant hygienic work area. The product is NSF listed and made in the USA, with a lifetime limited warranty. Furthermore, all Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion-proof for life, and many Cambro accessories and all add-on units are designed for compatibility with their specific Camshelving line. Shelf plates can be easily lifted away for cleaning without disassembly and can be washed in a dishwasher. The traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling the surrounding components, and the shared post design allows for additional units to be added without space loss or reduction in carrying capacity in a straight line.
