This vented plastic shelving system utilizes ion-technology to inhibit the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard™ finish that resists scraping, washing, and wear, and are constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. With a weldless design that prevents liquid or dirt penetration, the shelves are height adjustable in 4" increments without disassembly. The posts and bracing feature a steel core with a smooth polypropylene exterior for durability. The kit includes a two post assembly and five vented shelves, each shelf supporting a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) for 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelves and 600 lbs (272 kg) for 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelves, with a maximum unit capacity of 2,000 lbs (910 kg). The adjustable leveling feet on the posts facilitate easy cleaning, ensuring compliance with HACCP standards. This product is NSF listed and made in the USA, backed by a lifetime limited warranty. All Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, and various accessories as well as add-on units are compatible exclusively with their respective Camshelving line. Shelf plates can be removed without disassembly and cleaned in a dishwasher, and the traverses and plates can be rearranged easily without disturbing the entire setup. The shared post design allows for space-efficient extensions, and add-on units must match the same series of Camshelving.
