This vented plastic shelving utilizes Ion-Technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves are reinforced with a Camguard finish that resists scraping, washing, and wearing out, and are constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. The weldless construction prevents liquid or dirt penetration, while the shelves are height adjustable in 4" increments without the need for disassembly. The posts and bracing feature a steel core with a smooth polypropylene exterior, ensuring durability. The kit includes one post kit and four vented shelves, with posts featuring adjustable leveling feet. Each corner unit has a weight capacity of 400 lb. (181.4 kg) per shelf and 1800 lb. (816.5 kg) per unit. The shelving is easy to clean to maintain a HACCP compliant hygienic work area and is NSF listed. The lifetime limited warranty ensures longevity, and all Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life. Shelf plates can be removed and cleaned in a dishwasher, and traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling surrounding components.
