This vented shelf kit features weldless construction that prevents liquid or dirt penetration and utilizes Ion-Technology to inhibit the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria. The design allows for maximum airflow around perishable products, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The CamGuard™ finish is durable and resistant to scraping, washing, or wearing out, while the anti-bacterial shelving components are constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. The shelf is height adjustable in 4" increments, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) for 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelves and 600 lbs (272 kg) for 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelves, allowing a maximum capacity of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. It withstands temperatures from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C) and is NSF component listed. The kit comes with a lifetime limited warranty and is made in the USA. All Cambro Cam shelving is rust and corrosion-proof for life, and many Cambro accessories and add-on units are designed specifically for their Cam shelving line. Shelf plates can be easily lifted away for dishwasher cleaning, and traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling adjacent components. The shared post design allows for efficient addition of units without wasting space or reducing carrying capacity, and all add-on units must be compatible with Cam shelving of the same series.
