This vented shelf kit features weldless construction that prevents the penetration of liquid or dirt, ensuring cleanliness and durability. It employs Ion-Technology, which effectively inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurants and kitchen environments. The vented shelves promote optimal airflow around perishable goods. The CamGuard™ finish is designed to remain intact, resisting scraping, washing, and wear over time. The anti-bacterial shelving components are made from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene and are dishwasher safe. Each shelf is height adjustable in 4" increments, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) for 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelves and 600 lbs (272 kg) for 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelves, while the maximum load per unit is 2,000 lbs (910 kg). It can withstand temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C) and is NSF component listed. The product is made in the USA and comes with a lifetime limited warranty. All Cambro Cam shelving is rust and corrosion-proof for life, and many Cambro accessories, as well as all add-on units, are compatible solely with their specific Cam shelving line. Shelf plates can be easily lifted away for cleaning and can be run through a dishwasher, while traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling the surrounding components. The shared post design allows for the addition of units without taking up extra space or compromising carrying capacity in a straight line, and add-on units must be used with Cam shelving of the same series.
