This vented plastic shelving utilizes ion-technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it suitable for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves feature a reinforced Camguard finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, and wearing out. Constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene, the shelving is dishwasher safe and employs weldless construction to prevent liquid or dirt penetration. The shelves are height adjustable in 4" increments without the need to disassemble the unit. Posts and bracing consist of a steel core with a smooth polypropylene exterior for durability. The kit includes one post kit and four vented shelves, with posts featuring adjustable leveling feet. The weight capacity for corner units is 400 lb. (181.4 kg) per shelf and 1800 lb. (816.5 kg) per unit. This shelving is designed for easy cleaning to maintain a HACCP compliant hygienic work area and is NSF listed. It comes with a lifetime limited warranty, and all Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life. Cambro accessories and all add-on units are compatible only with their specific Camshelving line. Shelf plates can be detached for cleaning without disassembly and are dishwasher safe. The traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling adjacent components, and the shared post design allows for the addition of units without wasting space or reducing carrying capacity in a straight line.
