This vented shelf kit is constructed with weldless technology that prevents the penetration of liquids or dirt, utilizing ION-Technology to inhibit mold, fungus, and bacteria growth. The vented shelves promote maximum airflow around perishable items, making them ideal for use in walk-in refrigerators and freezers within restaurant and kitchen settings. The shelves feature a Camguard™ finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, and wear, while the anti-bacterial shelving components are made from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. The shelf height is adjustable at 4-inch increments, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) for 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelves and 600 lbs (272 kg) for 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelves, allowing a maximum total weight of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. They can withstand temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C), and the kit is NSF component listed and made in the USA, with a lifetime limited warranty. Additionally, all Cambro Camshelving products are rust and corrosion proof for life. Cambro accessories and add-on units are designed to work exclusively with specific Camshelving lines, allowing for easy removal of shelf plates for cleaning in a dishwasher without requiring disassembly. The traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling adjacent components, and a shared post design facilitates the addition of units in a straight line without limiting space or load capacity.
