This vented plastic shelving employs Ion-Technology to inhibit the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for food storage in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves feature a Camguard finish that is resistant to scraping, washing, and wear, and are constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe. The weldless design prevents liquid and dirt penetration, while the height-adjustable shelves can be modified in 4" increments without needing to disassemble the unit. The posts and bracing consist of a steel core with a durable polypropylene exterior, and the kit includes one post kit and four vented shelves, with posts equipped with adjustable leveling feet. Each shelf has a weight capacity of 400 lb. (181.4 kg) for corner units, and the overall unit can support up to 1800 lb. (816.5 kg). The shelving system is easy to clean, ensuring a HACCP compliant hygienic work area, and is NSF listed. Additionally, all Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, with compatible accessories and add-on units specifically designed for their Camshelving line. Shelf plates can be easily removed without disassembly and are dishwasher safe, while traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling the surrounding components. The shared post design allows for seamless addition of units without sacrificing space or carrying capacity in a straight line.
