This vented shelf kit features weldless construction that prevents liquid or dirt penetration and utilizes ion technology to inhibit the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The kit includes height-adjustable shelves at 4" increments, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf and 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, while the maximum weight capacity per unit is 2,000 lbs (910 kg). The shelves are designed to withstand temperatures from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C) and come with an NSF component listing. The Camguard™ finish is durable, resisting scrapes, washes, and wear, while the anti-bacterial shelving components are made from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe.
