This vented plastic shelving utilizes Ion-Technology that inhibits the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria, making it ideal for storing food in walk-in refrigerators and freezers in restaurant and kitchen environments. The shelves, reinforced with a Camguard™ finish, maintain their integrity as they won't scrape off, wash off, or wear out. Constructed from rust-free, recyclable polypropylene that is dishwasher safe, the weldless design prevents liquid or dirt penetration. The shelves are height adjustable at 4" increments without the need for disassembly. The posts and bracing are made using a steel core with a smooth polypropylene exterior for durability. The kit includes a two post kit and five vented shelves, featuring a weight capacity of 800 lbs (365 kg) per 24-48" (61-122 cm) shelf, 600 lbs (272 kg) per 54-72" (137-183 cm) shelf, and a maximum of 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per unit. The posts come equipped with adjustable leveling feet and the system is designed for easy cleaning to maintain a HACCP compliant hygienic work area. It is NSF listed and made in the USA, with a lifetime limited warranty. Additionally, all Cambro Camshelving is rust and corrosion proof for life, and many Cambro accessories and all add-on units are compatible only with their specific Camshelving line. Shelf plates are easily removable for dishwasher cleaning, traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembly, and the shared post design allows for easy expansion without compromising space or carrying capacity. Add-on units must be compatible with the same series of Camshelving.
