The Eagle plastic lab pack drum 1601MBBG with metal lever lock and bung lid is a 30-gallon chemical-resistant, tapered plastic drum made from high-density polyethylene treated with UV inhibitors to prevent fading, cracking, or peeling when stored outdoors. Its tapered design allows for space-saving stacking when empty. This drum provides safe storage, handling, and transportation of hazardous materials and is suitable as a spill kit container, original shipping container compatible with packing groups L, LL, and LLL, as well as for bio-waste disposal and incineration. It is designed for use with smaller non-damaged bottles, cans, carboys, and 5-gallon pails of non-leaking hazardous materials; if leaking, sufficient sorbents must be included to ensure no free liquids.
