The Destin-LX, a Beauty-Mark brand heavy duty retractable awning with an aluminum protective hood by Awntech, is available in manual or motorized versions with a remote option. It features a powder-coated white frame constructed of structural steel and aluminum, providing durability and energy savings. The awning sizes range from 8 ft. to 24 ft. wide, with a standard projection from 7 ft. to 10 ft., and optional projections of 11.5 ft. and 12 ft. for models 14 ft. wide and larger. The fabric is 100% solution-dyed acrylic, resistant to rust, fade, and mildew, available in various solid and striped patterns. The valance is removable and can be stored during winter. Designed for wall mounting only, the awning includes multi-chamber stainless steel cabled lateral arms with adjustable pitch and gear operation for the manual version. Additional accessories such as a winter cover, wind sensor, and breeze supports can be purchased separately. The Destin-LX comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
