The Key West is a heavy-duty luxury full-cassette retractable awning by Awntech under the Beauty-Mark brand, available in manual or motorized versions with a remote option. It features a powder-coated white structural steel and aluminum frame, with multi-chamber stainless steel cabled lateral arms and adjustable pitch. The awning comes in sizes ranging from 8 ft. to 24 ft. wide with a projection between 7 ft. and 10 ft. The fabric is 100% solution-dyed acrylic, resistant to rust, fading, and mildew, and is available in various solid and striped patterns. The valance is removable and can be stored during winter. Designed exclusively for wall mounting, the kit includes a full-cassette system with an option for manual override in motorized models. Additional accessories such as winter covers, wind sensors, and breeze supports can be purchased separately. The product carries a 5-year limited warranty.
