The Key West is a heavy duty luxury full-cassette retractable awning by AwnTech under the Beauty-Mark brand, available in manual or motorized versions with remote control options. It features a powder-coated white structural steel and aluminum frame with multi-chamber stainless steel cabled lateral arms and adjustable pitch for durability and flexibility. The awning comes in sizes ranging from 8 ft. to 24 ft. wide with a projection from 7 ft. up to 10 ft. The fabric is 100% solution dyed acrylic, which is rust, fade, and mildew resistant, available in various solid and striped patterns. The valance is removable and can be stored during winter, and the awning is designed for wall mount installation only. Additional accessories available include a winter cover, wind sensor, and breeze supports. The awning has a 5-year limited warranty.
