The Key West is a heavy duty luxury full-cassette retractable awning by Awntech under the Beauty-Mark brand, available in manual or motorized versions with remote control options. It features a powder-coated white structural steel and aluminum frame, equipped with multi-chamber stainless steel cabled lateral arms and adjustable pitch. The awning comes in widths ranging from 8 ft. to 24 ft. and projections from 7 ft. to 10 ft. The fabric is 100% solution-dyed acrylic, resistant to rust, fading, and mildew, offered in various solid and striped patterns. Designed for wall mount only, the valance can be removed and stored for winter. Optional accessories include a winter cover, wind sensor, and breeze supports. The kit includes a full cassette housing that protects the awning fabric and mechanism. The product carries a 5-year limited warranty.
