The New Yorker® A Regid Valance awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand fixed awning by Awntech® designed for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts, obstacle impacts, and weight positioning. The canopy is made from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns with UV and water-resistant coatings, offering rust, fade, and mildew resistance. Installation involves attaching a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. The New Yorker® canopy is available in many designer solids and stripes, with options for trim color and valance style. The awning has an elegant slope design with a solid frame straight valance and comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
