The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by AwnTech®, is a popular fixed awning suitable for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts, obstacle impacts, and weight positioning tests. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabric, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and is available in multiple designer solids and stripes. Options for customization include trim color and valance style. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening the hardware. The awning is a sloped design with a solid frame straight valance. The product is covered by a 5-year limited warranty.
