The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning by Beauty-Mark® brand Awntech® is a popular fixed awning for both residential and commercial use. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down draft, obstacle, and weight positioning tests. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and available in multiple designer solids and stripes. Options include trim color and valance style. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. The awning boasts rust, fade, and mildew-resistant fabric and comes with a five-year limited warranty.
