The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning by Beauty-Mark® is a fixed awning designed for both residential and commercial applications, featuring an elegant slope with a solid frame straight valance. The kit includes a full load-bearing frame made from structural aluminum and stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts, obstacle impacts, and weight positioning. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns and treated with UV and water resistant coatings, available in various designer solids and stripes with options for trim color and valance style. Installation involves mounting wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. The fabric is rust, fade, and mildew resistant, and the product carries a 5-year limited warranty.
