The New Yorker® Regid Valance awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, is the most popular fixed awning for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts, obstacles, and weight positioning. The canopy is made from 100% solution-dyed Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from anti-microbial yarns and treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, resistant to rust, fade, and mildew. The awning includes an elegant slope with a solid frame straight valance and offers options for trim color and valance style. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
