The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, is a popular fixed awning designed for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing frame made from structural aluminum with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel conditions involving up/down drafts, obstacles, and weight positioning. The canopy is constructed from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns with UV and water-resistant coatings, and is available in many designer solids and stripes. The awning includes options for trim color and valance style, and its installation involves attaching a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening.
