The Charleston® scrolled arm awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by AwnTech®, is designed for both residential and commercial applications, featuring an elegant scrolled arm style that enhances architectural beauty. The kit includes a full structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, ensuring durability in severe weather conditions. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening, making assembly straightforward. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, which are 100% solution dyed, woven from anti-microbial acrylic yarns, and treated with UV and water-resistant coatings for rust, fade, and mildew resistance. The awning is available in many designer solids and stripes and comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
