The Charleston® scrolled arm awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, is designed to enhance the beauty of both residential and commercial properties with its elegant scrolled arms and compatibility with most architectural styles. It features a structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads. The canopy is made from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and is rust, fade, and mildew resistant. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening, making assembly straightforward. The package includes the full aluminum frame, stainless steel hardware, and a Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabric canopy available in various solid and striped designs. The Charleston® awning comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
