The Charleston® Scrolled Arm Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, designed to enhance the beauty of both residential and commercial properties with its elegant scrolled arms and versatile architectural style. It features a full structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, unlike other modular fixed awnings that may collapse under gusty wind conditions. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns and treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, making it rust, fade, and mildew resistant. The awning is easy to assemble and install by mounting a few wall brackets, placing the frame into the brackets, and tightening. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
