The Charleston® Scrolled Arm Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech® designed for both residential and commercial applications, featuring an elegant scrolled arm style that complements various architectural styles. The kit includes a full structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware and a canopy made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings to ensure durability against sun, water, rust, fading, and mildew. Engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, the awning installs easily by mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
