The Charleston® scrolled arm awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, designed to enhance the beauty of both residential and commercial properties while fitting most architectural styles. Despite its elegant design, the awning features a full structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, which are 100% solution dyed, anti-microbial, and treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, making them rust, fade, and mildew resistant. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, placing the awning into these brackets, and tightening, allowing for easy assembly. The Beauty-Mark® fabrics are available in numerous designer solids and stripes. The Charleston® awning comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
