The Charleston® Scrolled Arm Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, designed to enhance the beauty of residential and commercial buildings with its elegant scrolled arm style that fits most architectural designs. The awning features a full structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, providing durability where other modular fixed awnings may fail. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, placing the awning into the brackets, and tightening, making assembly straightforward. The canopy is crafted from Beauty-Mark® fabrics, which consist of 100% solution dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, making the fabric rust, fade, and mildew resistant. Beauty-Mark® fabrics are available in a variety of designer solids and stripes. The kit includes the aluminum frame, stainless steel hardware, wall brackets, and the acrylic canopy fabric. The Charleston® Scrolled Arm Awning comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
